Why are facials important?

A good daily skincare routine is essential to maintaining healthy looking, fresh skin. A facial is a multi-step, multi-purpose skin treatment performed by a licenced esthetician or cosmetologist that includes a deep cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, steam and if needed, extractions of clogged pores. The benefits of a monthly facial include the immediate increase of blood circulation and oxygen flow, which promotes collagen production and enhances the elasticity of the skin which not only rejuvenates the skin, but decreases the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells and unclogs pores which makes the skin feel softer and smoother and helps products absorb better. Finally, facials are relaxing which helps the mind, body, and spirit stay in alignment.

Body Contouring

What is Ultrasonic Cavitation?

Ultrasound cavitation is widely recognized as one of the most effective cellulite reduction and local fat loss technologies available today. Cavitation is body sculpting  with no anesthesia, no scars, no discomfort, no downtime and presents a risk free alternative to liposuction.

Cavitation is a natural phenomenon based on low frequency ultrasound. The Ultrasound produces a strong wave of pressure to fat cell membranes. A fat cell membrane cannot withstand this pressure and therefore disintegrates into a liquid state. The result is natural fat loss.

What is RF Skin Tightening?  (Skin tightening and fat melting)

Procedure creates a  thermal trauma, which occurs to 5-30% of the collagen fibres and causes an immediate contraction of the fibres. This contraction results in the production of new collagen and tightens the skin’s appearance. With the anti-gravity action of the treatment it also helps to create a lifting effect.

Is Ultrasonic Cavitation and LipoLaser (RF Skin Tightening) safe?

Yes. The Ultrasonic Cavitation and LipoLaser is a cold laser and cold laser therapies have been safely employed for more than 30 years in clinics throughout the world. In fact, the initial purpose of low level laser technology (Meridian's Lapex-2000) was for pain relief and cell regeneration for healing. LipoLaser is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have a kidney disorder, liver disease, poorly controlled diabetes or hypertension; epilepsy, have a pacemaker, have cancer and/or undergoing radiation therapy. It is not for use on children.

What do radio frequency waves do?

RF waves melt (liquify) fat beneath outer layer of the skin. Fat then goes to the lymphatic system so that you eliminate through urine. It is a non-invasive procedure, like liposuction but without surgery. Unlike cool-sculpting, RF immediately contours the body and on tummies, one session is equivalent to 2000 crunches.

8 to 12 sessions are recommended.

Is it painful? Does it hurt?

There is no pain or discomfort during or after the Laser treatment.

What results can I expect from the Laser Lipo treatment?

Male and female clients have found that those hard to reduce trouble spots, such as love handles, tummy bulges, and saddlebags can be treated quite significantly within just a few treatments. LipoLaser can help contour and sculpt those places that do not respond to exercise and diet, as well as reduce the appearance of cellulite and your overall appearance. The LipoLaser also helps tighten the skin as fat is lost by stimulating collagen and elastin production. This skin tightening is an important benefit and works well with a weight loss or post surgical program to help prevent saggy skin rolls.

Do I have to diet and exercise?

Studies have found that clients who eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly will experience the best LipoLaser results; however, even clients with sluggish metabolism have said that they experience a unique and invigorating ‘body wake up.’

How can I optimize my results from LipoLaser?

Patients can optimize their results through multiple LipoLaser treatments, each of which is immediately followed with 10-minutes of an activity meant to encourage lymph drainage. That activity can be any physical activity, such as walking, or a  whole body vibration machine for 10-minutes immediately following each LipoLaser treatment for just this purpose.

Who is the ideal candidate for LipoLaser treatment?

There is not really an "ideal" candidate. LipoLaser has been shown to be effective on many different body types. The most immediately noticeable results are often shown on individuals who exercise (or have exercised) regularly, are not obese and/or who have localized fat deposits that they cannot get rid of with diet or exercise.

How many treatments are required?

The recommended treatment protocol is 1 to 3 times per week for 4 to 6 weeks and is sold in packages of 6 to 18 treatments depending on the clients desired results.

Will I have downtime after my treatments?

No. After your treatment, there is no requirement for bed rest or reduced activity and you can resume your normal schedule immediately.

How does Vacuum Therapy (3D Dermology) lead to Cellulite Reduction?

Vacuum-therapy stimulates muscles, increases blood circulation, breaks down cellulite and fatty deposits, and removes toxins, improving lymphatic drainage and taking inches off. It also helps restore the skin’s natural elasticity to smooth out skin and the "orange-peel" dimpling in the thighs and buttocks. This therapy is painless, safe and highly effective.

Vacuum-therapy, leads to a direct stimulation of the fibroblast as well as an increase in collagen, elastin, and reticuline production, improving the texture and tone of the treated zone. It is beneficial after all 3d-Lipo applications to improve the overall appearance of the skin.

What is a 3D Neck and Face Lift?

What is wood therapy?

Bliss Lashes

Q: What is the difference between mink and silk?

A: Both are lightweight and natural in appearance, however, minks are harvested from live animals through a gentle and cruelty-free brushing process which makes them more costly to create. Because of the thickness of the fur, mink lashes also look and feel fuller. Silk lashes are known for their softness and feathery texture which makes for a very natural-looking lash.

Q: How many times can I wear my Bliss Lashes?

A: Bliss Lashes can be worn up to 25 times with proper care.

Q: They are so full. Are they heavy?

A: Bliss Lashes are so comfortable and lightweight; you will literally forget you are wearing them.

Q: Are they easy to apply?

A: Each Bliss Lash band has a natural curve just like the shape of your own eyelid so there is no need to shape the lash band around your pinky finger first, a technique commonly used when applying synthetic lashes. Because of the superior construction of Bliss Lashes, they apply very easily.

Q: How do I remove them from the tray?

A: At initial use, use tweezers to gently peel the band off the tray. Do NOT use fingers to pull the fur directly. This may damage the lashes. Place lashes back onto the original tray to store.

Q: How do I clean them?

A: Gently peel any residual adhesive off of the band with tweezers or your fingers in between applications. If dust from eyeshadows deposit into the hairs of the lashes, wet your thumb and index finger with water and a gentle shampoo and gently massage the lash until residue disappears, then lay the lash flat to dry before returning to its box.

Q: Should I use mascara on the lashes?

A: Do NOT use any mascara on Bliss Lashes. Generously apply mascara to your own lashes and then apply Bliss Lashes.

Q: Can mink lashes cause allergic reactions?

A: There is no risk of having a dander related allergy because mink lashes are cleaned and sterilized to avoid such reactions.
