We have a STRICT 'NO SHOW-NO CALL POLICY' at Bliss Face and Body Studio.
A credit/debit card is required to book and secure an appointment. You may change your form of payment when you check out if need be.
To avoid a fee of the FULL COST of the missed appointment, you MUST contact us via phone or email 24 hours to 3 hours prior to your appointment to notify Bliss to cancel or reschedule.
Appointment confirmations are sent via email and/or text from Square 36, 24, and 18 hours prior.
We do check messages after hours, on weekends, and on holidays.
